Hillier Engineering Services specialises in the manufacture and supply of quality, precise, reliable and safe products and component parts.
Our Company’s objective is to supply products and components that comply with the purpose, application and quality of our clients’ requirements and specifications. Our clients expect quality and competitively priced products delivered on time.
To achieve this objective and satisfy our clients’ expectations, our Company is totally committed to continually improving our production and is assisted by our Quality Management System based on ISO-9002 using our own unique Tracking Manufacturing Computer System.
The successful operation of our Company is managed, directed and controlled with the total ‘co-operation’ and committed involvement of our highly skilled personal and technical staff. Our ongoing commitment to, and constant pursuit of, excellence in the production and quality of our products and components, is our prime objective to ensure the continued success of our Company and satisfaction of our clients. All work is undertaken in an environment that focuses on workplace health and safety.
Operations
Our very modern expertly maintained and fully equipped manufacturing plant is staffed by fully qualified, very well trained, highly competent personnel, with vast experience and excellent capabilities in all facets of our manufacturing program, to ensure that the quality and competitive expectations of our valued Clients is met.
Personnel
Our personnel and staff are fully committed to, and supported by, our own unique, specially designed “Tracking Manufacturing” database, that ensures complete traceability and regimented control of our Manufacturing Production and Quality System and surpasses quality system ISO – 9002.
Certification to ISO-9002
Certification and Compliance Certificates for quality, materials, measurements and workmanship are available upon request.
Inspection
Inspection of critically dimensioned components is measured with the aid of our Electronic Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine and certified in our controlled atmospheric inspection facility, purposefully built and maintained for this purpose only.
Communications
Communications to our clients and suppliers regarding client quotations, orders, order acknowledgements, delivery advice, conformance reports, delivery dockets, supplier orders and compliance reports are all formally computer-generated documents, in clear, logical and directive instructions that are concise, accurate and maintained as permanently available computer records.
Despatch
Despatched items are carefully protected against corrosion, and are packed and computer-labelled in accordance with our clients’ specifications.
Relevant detailed delivery advice, if required, can be confirmed electronically immediately after despatch.
